Hey friends!
Is anyone else on a bit of a health kick since being home 24/7? Fresh air has never been more appreciated over here! Have you seen that meme that reads, “Now we know why our dogs get so excited to go on a walk”? Haha!! It’s SO true!
Bryce has created a makeshift gym in our garage and I swear we get a new amazon box every day with new workout equipment – It’s hilarious! I love seeing him so motivated, and it’s definitely rubbed off on me. I’m officially past the 6 week mark after my c-section, which means I’m clear to be active again! I’m taking things slow and working on stretching and getting my heart rate up with long walks for the next couple of months – I’m listening to my body and I don’t think I’m ready to lift or do more intense cardio yet. I actually tried running the other day just to see how it felt and my knees about gave out, haha! When I feel like my body is ready to do more though, I’ll be working out with the equipment listed here! I can’t wait to feel like myself again!
